Signers never pay and never make an account

Sign it.
Done.

Send us the document and who needs to sign. Each signer gets a link, signs on their phone in a minute, and you get the signed PDF back with a record of who signed, when, and from which email.

No card today. A person replies by email with the plan that fits.

How it works

Three steps, and nobody prints anything.

01

Send the document

A PDF or Word file, the names and emails of the signers, and where each one signs.

02

They sign on any device

Each signer gets a link, reads the document and signs with a finger, a mouse or by typing their name.

03

You get it back, filed

The signed PDF arrives in your inbox with a signing record: names, emails, times and the steps each signer took.

Free tool

See how your signature will look.

Draw with your finger or mouse, or type your name. This is a preview only: nothing is saved, signed or sent, and it disappears when you leave.

Your nameDate:

A real signature through SignItDone also records who signed, when and from which email, which this preview does not.

Questions people ask

Is an e-signature legally binding?

In the US, the ESIGN Act and UETA make electronic signatures valid for most business documents. Wills, some family-law papers and documents that need a notary are common exceptions, so check with your lawyer for those.

What proves who signed?

Each signed document comes with a record of the signer's name and email, the time of each step and the device's IP address.

Do signers need an account?

No. They open the link from their email, sign and are done.

Can I use my own documents?

Yes. Send any PDF or Word file and tell us where each person signs.
